The brewery makes a total of 2,000m2 and consists of several different spaces:
- 600m2 outdoor patio semi-covered by a large visor located at a height of 11m. Equipped with single-phase and three-phase electrical installation and water installation on its perimeter.
- Active production area of 500m2 and 9 meters high. With machines of all kinds; processing, stainless steel fermentation tanks, bottling and bottling lines, etc ...
- Warehouse of 500m2 and 9 meters high where a large cold room of 500 m3 is installed.
